All grade iii general hospitals shall establish clinical testing laboratories that meet biosafety grade ii or above standards and have the ability to independently test novel coronavirus.

Disease control institutions at all levels, specialized hospitals with conditions, secondary hospitals and independently established medical testing laboratories shall also strengthen the construction of laboratories and improve their testing capabilities.

In regions where medical resources are relatively lacking, detection capacity is relatively weak, and epidemic prevention and control pressure is great, especially at land border ports, a county-level medical institution with strong comprehensive strength should be selected to give priority support, so as to realize the nucleic acid detection capability of medical institutions in the county.
